Arya Sasol, Technip & Uhde
9th Olefin Petrochemical Construction Project
Construction Management Contractor (CMC) for construction phase of Ethylene plant at Arya Sasol Polymer Company between 2003 and 2006. Including planning, scheduling, contract administration, quality documents completion tracking, cost control, material coordination and field construction monitoring and reporting. Planning, scheduling and completion tracking services at Technip for LD Polyethylene construction phase. Planning, scheduling and completion tracking services at Uhde for MD/HD Polyethylene construction phase.

Copper and Cobalt Mining Project
GRD Minproc DRC
Planning, scheduling and project control services for GDR Minperoc in copper and cobalt mining project in DRC between 2008 and 2009. Services include WBS development, schedule baseline development and update, visual representation of weekly schedules in project control rooms supported by daily meetings and daily progress status reports as well as delay analysis and constant support to meet commercial requirements. Working in remote area in DRC provided great knowledge and experience for APM regarding African continent

Integrated Planning Solution
Unique Hydra, Cape Town
A comprehensive analysis done by APM and verified by Unique Hydra, in third quarter of 2014, resulted in a mandate for APM to engage further with Unique Hydra in three main projects and start working on its proposed “Integrated Planning Solution” (IPS). APM provided planning and scheduling services for three of the biggest projects at Unique Hydra and accommodated their management with regular project analysis reports on a daily basis. Continuous look ahead planning using am/pm methodology provided senior management at Hydra to improve organizational dynamics at internal level and engage with their clients at external level.
